May Outing

A trip to the nursing home to see those women who don't have any children for Mother's Day is being discussed. Check back here for more information!!

March Outing

Our outing for this month will be on Sunday March 22nd 2009. We will meet at the church at 2PM to leave for laserquest. We will not be going anywhere to eat so please eat before meeting at the church. We believe the cost will roughly be $20.

We have moved..

We have moved our "hang-out" to the basement of the main church building. We have plans to paint and spruce the place up! If you have any old couches or chairs that you are looking to get rid of please think of us!! Also, if you have any color paint we would love to have it! When its all said and done we would love for you all to come and visit and see what we have done! Thanks for your support!! 

Circus Trip!

The Youth will be going to the circus on February 14th. We will be meeting at the church at 1:00PM to head to CiCi's Pizza and then to the circus for the 3:00PM show. Thanks to Sean Hamilton for donating the tickets. If you are a youth and plan to attend please let Tena or Kathryn know. Also, parents, if you would like to be a chaperone please let us know!

Meetings

The youth will resume meeting Sunday, January 11, 2009 and every other Sunday from that day at 6:30PM. We will resume Wednesday nights as soon as the Wednesday night dinners resume.

Living Nativity

The youth will be putting on a live nativity scene on Saturday, December 20, 2008. We will meet at the church @ 3PM for our Christmas Party and for dinner. The living nativity display will begin @ 5PM. We will be set up in the park next to the church. All donations will go to Alicia and Swayne Huffman for Swayne's medication! Please come out and support this cause!!

Christmas Program

Some of the youth will be helping out with the Children's Christmas Program. If you are in any way involved in this program (speaking part, leader of the little ones, or backstage) PLEASE be at church every Sunday! Starting each Wednesday after Thanksgiving until the program we will be creating the street scene for the program so be sure to wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty! We also need ya'll there at Sunday school until the program to practice!
